Please reach us via email or phone if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Our providers and staff speak English. If you speak a language other than English, you will need an interpreter for the visit. This allows for seamless communication.
We treat patients ages 12 and up. Our provider has experience in OB/GYN and minor family care illness. All minors (12-17 yrs) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Our fees vary depending on the medical service provided and are based upon the time it takes to complete your full visit. Please check our services list for the most common appointments. Please contact our office via email for more information on our fees and payment options should you not see your visit type on our list.
Ahava Women and Family Telecare does Not accept insurance for our telemedicine services. We are strictly self-pay. You will find that our pricing is comparable to, and most times, less expensive than what you would pay at your local health offices using insurance via copays, coinsurance, and deductibles. You may, however, use your insurance when obtaining lab work, imaging services, or pharmacy services.
~We do NOT specialize in, nor provide hormonal treatment, regarding gender affirming care. All appointments/services implied to Women's Health such as menopause or GYN related issues, apply only to those assigned female at birth. If you are in need of gender affirming care, please contact your local specialized health provider.

Hello to the amazing people viewing this page and all future patients!
I am Nurse Practitioner Tia Scott. I've been practicing as a RN since 2006 and as a nurse practitioner in Women’s Health for the past 16 years. I’ve worked to help build and maintain OB/GYN practices in the states of Georgia and Tennessee, caring for patients from every continent, various cultures, and across the lifespan. Now, I have been blessed to step out and start my own entrepreneurial practice. I am so excited for this opportunity! It has been a dream to care for patients on an even larger scale.
AHAVA means love. I intend to exude and pour ahava onto each of you through personalized and time savoy visits. My specialty is Women’s Health (OB/GYN) with attention to women who are suffering from menopausal symptoms. This can be extremely problematic for women who cannot use certain HRT; such as after treatment for cancer. I am the perfect provider to help you resolve these issues and have improved quality of life. I am a 6-year breast cancer survivor and have first-hand experience in tackling many of these issues.
In 2017, I earned my post master’s certification in Family Practice. This extension to my education allows me to care for anyone 12 years of age or older who may be in need of simple general care issues via telehealth. I certainly look forward to caring for you.
You can expect to receive the very best of care, honesty, a listening ear, support, and education from any telecare visit you have with me. I look forward to serving you.
Warmest regards and blessings,
Tia Scott, APRN- BC
